ALS, 1797 July 7, Philadelphia, to John Nicholson, Philadelphia.

Aitken has bought a house from Christopher Ludwick for use as a printing office and now Ludwick is asking for a second payment. Aitken cannot get the cash, since his printing business is closed due to the yellow fever epidemic; he mentions this reluctantly since he fears Nicholson cannot help him.
